The prices quoted for participation in the congress include VAT.
For IGFP members, the General Assembly will take place on Thursday, 05 March 2026 at 19:00.
Additional seminars and workshops will take place on Sunday, 08 March 2026.

Cancellation conditions
1. up to 30 days before the start of the event, written cancellation of the registration and reimbursement of the participation fees is possible with deduction of a processing fee of 25 % (min. € 25). Later cancellations can unfortunately not be considered. It is possible to provide a substitute participant. A processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged for this.
2. if the event cannot be held due to force majeure or disruptions at the venue, participants will be informed immediately. A claim for compensation for travelling and accommodation costs as well as loss of working hours is excluded.
